There will be three people contributing to this blog, but unless we put our names next to the entry titles, you'll probably just see the pieces posted under the alias "Gumshoe."
It didn't take us that long to come up with the name (Scott's idea, by the way). It didn't take us very long to set up this blog, either.
But I think the name's an apt one, no matter how much time it took us to set this thing up.
We'll be covering the South Broward region (mainly Miramar, Pembroke Pines and Hollywood, our hometowns) as speedily and efficiently as we can.
Though we're journalism students doing this project mainly for a grade - come on, let's keep this blog honest! - that doesn't mean we can't snoop around or follow any leads that may come our way. We'll be bloggers, but we'll also be gumshoes, and I hope we'll have some fun doing it.
